Position Overview:

This role will have an opportunity to be apart of various marketing projects. This is an opportunity to build experience in marketing with a close knit team that is passionate about what they do.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building out our inventory of event assets and the system in which we manage them to empower individuals across the company to execute on non-priority events
  • Co-produce best practice templates to maintain brand excellence at lower tiered events
  • Support the production of MGS and localized mini-MGS events
  • Manage an invoice tracker to improve vendor payment process and timeliness
  • Own registration and reporting for one of Diligent's biggest events of the year with direct oversight from Senior Director of Event Marketing

Required Experience/Skills

  • Currently pursuing their Bachelors in Marketing, Communication or related field
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong Organization skills
  • Confidence in writing ability for social media
  • Must be available from June 10th - August 16th
  • Must be able to commute to our New York office 2 days a week
