We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Portfolio Strategist to join our Enterprise Product Marketing team at Adobe's Digital Media division. As part of the Portfolio Strategy team, you will be responsible for crafting thought leadership content, developing strategies to scale it through internal and external channels, defining our division-wide value proposition, and evangelizing it to key internal and external partners. You will also help design and refine customer engagement collateral focused on these topics and assist in bringing these to market in collaboration with our Product, Sales, Marketing and Communications teams.

This is a highly visible role, and we are looking for a strategist with the ability to influence across the organization, partner with cross-functional teams, encourage the team and deliver results. A successful applicant will thrive in collaborative, cross-functional efforts, and in using past experiences, research, and key takeaways from working with customers, field teams and analysts to develop a unique and differentiated perspective for Adobe.

What You'll Do

Thought Leadership:

  • Develop a thorough thought leadership strategy focused on to a senior executive audience, in collaboration with key Adobe partner teams.

  • Produce original research on key trends and topics of importance and author compelling presentations and whitepapers that resonate with senior executives tied to Adobe's GTM.

  • Bring these perspectives to our customers at scale through conferences, events, webinars, marketing, web, media, enablement of Adobe field teams, partners, and other channels.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure our thought leadership remains relevant and impactful.

Portfolio Strategy & Marketing:

  • Test, update and scale the DMe Enterprise messaging strategy across our portfolio of solutions, and evangelize across all partner teams, iterating as needed with findings from the field, analyst teams and other key collaborators.

  • Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on overarching positioning, and develop robust sales enablement and customer-facing materials.

  • Continuously collect feedback from customers, external and internal stakeholders to enhance and improve the effectiveness of the customer engagement tools.

What you need to succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing (SaaS/Tech experience preferred), and/or Strategy Consulting experience.

  • Evident intellectual curiosity in recent trends in content creation and production for enterprises

  • Ability to rapidly absorb new information, inclusive of the foundational technologies, business use cases, economic value, competitive landscape, and business considerations in the space.

  • Exceptional written communication skills with experience authoring thought provoking points-of-view for a general or business audience.

  • Outstanding executive presence and presentation that can inspire and engage senior executives.

  • Solid problem-solving, analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather insights and present data-driven recommendations.

  • Highly collaborative with ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.

  • Bachelors in marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field and MBA strongly preferred.

  • Ability to travel (~25%).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $146,300 -- $246,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
