We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Portfolio Strategist to join our Enterprise Product Marketing team at Adobe's Digital Media division. As part of the Portfolio Strategy team, you will be responsible for helping refine our division-wide value proposition, evangelizing it to key external partners (e.g., Industry Analysts, Press), and ensuring our externally facing presence (e.g., on the web, key marketing moments) reflects our opportunity and messaging strategy. You will also help design and refine customer engagement collateral focused on these topics and assist in bringing these to market in collaboration with our Product, Sales, Marketing and Communications teams.

This is a highly visible role, and we are looking for a strategist with the ability to influence across the organization, partner with cross-functional teams, encourage the team and deliver results. A successful applicant will thrive in collaborative, cross-functional efforts, and in using past experiences from working with customers, field teams and analysts to develop a unique and differentiated perspective for Adobe.

What You'll Do

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, with close attention to key external research and influencers in the space.
  • Engage with industry analysts and innovators to establish Adobe's leadership in the space and stay abreast of constantly evolving trends and perspectives.
  • Test, update, and scale the DMe Enterprise messaging strategy across our portfolio of solutions, evangelizing and iterating as needed with the field, analyst teams and other key partners.
  • Guide the strategy for the execution of our messaging on Adobe-owned channels (e.g., our web presence, in-person events) in collaboration with studio, marketing, and communications teams.
  • Produce original perspectives on key trends and topics of importance that resonate with senior executives, in collaboration with internal teams and/or analyst partners.
  • Bring these perspectives to our customers at scale through conferences, events, webinars, marketing, web, media, enablement of Adobe field teams, partners, and other channels.

Skill Required:

  • BA/BS preferred or 6+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing (SaaS/Tech experience preferred), and/or Strategy Consulting experience or equivalent practical experience.
  • Evident intellectual curiosity in recent trends in creativity, generative AI, and content creation and production for enterprises
  • Ability to rapidly absorb new information, inclusive of the foundational technologies, business use cases, economic value, competitive landscape, and business considerations in the space.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with experience authoring thought provoking points-of-view for a general or business audience.
  • Solid problem-solving, analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather insights and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Highly collaborative with ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (~15%).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $116,700 -- $217,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
