The Technical Learning and Development Program Manager (Engineering and Project Management) is responsible for working with multiple levels of NYPA technical experts to identify and implement technical training programs that support degreed employee technical knowledge development at various levels of the salaried organization. The Program Manager works closely with Talent Development and Strategic Operations to ensure alignment to organizational strategy and objectives, by using a programmatic approach to identifying solutions for skill and knowledge gaps that will enable employee recruitment and retention in the highly competitive utility workplace. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
