You and Your Job

As an Analyst - Business Development & Controls you will be successful if you are someone who can execute the deliverable, but also be willing to ask questions, challenge, and raise ideas to enhance ways of working.

The person in this role will be supporting the overall team, Business Development and Controls, NA. A core function for the role will be to support the Know-your-Customer / Customer Due Diligence review processes. However, this person will also support and contribute to global and local initiatives, projects and deliverables associated with various business lines (e.g., fund finance, swap dealer, broker-dealer), and business management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Spend time on KYC / CDD reviews, which includes gathering information from Front Office and the clients, drafting memorandums, and discussing about client files with various stakeholders (local, global, senior leadership, etc.).
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Development and Controls, NA, to support and contribute on local and global initiatives, which will be associated with Capital Markets, Rabo Securities USA, Inc. (U.S. broker-dealer), swap dealer activities (Sales, Trading), Capital Call facilities (fund finance), and other business lines.
  • Lead projects and/or play key roles in deliverables, such as, but not limited to, conducting training sessions, manage a new product offering effort, and execute controls to mitigate inherent risks.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
