Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Jonas & Square POS systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of the restaurant at a management level
- Assists in the completion of all month end inventories to include the bars, beverage carts, & on course comfort station
- Assume responsibility of the cleanliness and order of the restaurant per standards of the brand and local health codes
- Address concerns with customers and relay them appropriately to the GM, Director/Manager of F&B, & Executive Chef
- Maintain awareness of all course events, large parties and reservations that may affect the food and beverage operation
- Conduct pre-shift meetings with staff
- Carries out proper close out procedures
- Ensures successful operation of restaurant & special events through regular communication, including but not limited to weekly BEO meetings with the Banquet Manager, Executive Chef, F&B Director/Manager & General Manager
