The Challenge

This is an exciting opportunity to craft strategies, build strong partner relationships, and empower partners to grow and succeed- ultimately contributing to the overall growth success of the Global Channel organization at Adobe!

We're in search of an exceptional program manager to lead our global partner enablement strategy. This is an IC critical role, you'll spearhead the design, implementation, and management of a comprehensive enablement roadmap for our global network of channel partners. The mission is to drive partner success through critical initiatives across Adobe's enablement portfolio, ensuring partners are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and resources to optimally sell Adobe products and solutions.

This position demands a top-tier professional with deep understanding in global and regional channel sales models and ecosystems. We look for excellence in cross-organizational collaboration, adeptly building targeted enablement programs that elevate the capabilities and performance of our partner sales teams. Since it is a global role it will report directly into the VP of this org.

Responsibilities:

Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a roadmap aligned with channel business strategy and partner skill needs, in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Establish clear goals, metrics, and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs.

Program Development and Execution:

  • Craft a scalable framework, incorporating training curriculum and demonstrating cross-functional teamwork for live and digital enablement deliveries and sales-facing collateral.
  • Drive partner seller journey through comprehensive bundles of training, sales tools, collateral, and demand-driving assets to improve seller clarity, focus, and efficiency.

Training and Development:

  • Support the development and delivery of training content through seller skills and feedback analysis and apply various delivery methods, including eLearning, virtual and in-person live workshops.
  • Champion continuous learning and skill development for partners through ongoing enablement initiatives and communications for focus.

Enablement Technology and Infrastructure:

  • Optimize enablement technology platforms and tools to enrich partner learning experiences and track performance metrics.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze partner performance metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization within enablement programs.
  • Iterate on enablement strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback to drive engagement and success.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across PMM, product enablement, channel marketing, strategy, APC program and channel sales organizations to align enablement initiatives with go-to-market strategies and business priorities.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of global enablement programs by working collaboratively with regional enablement leads.

What You Need to Succeed!

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in program management, and expertise in Partner enablement or relevant working experience
  • Experience working with Partners in a high-tech environment, SaaS or Services focused industries
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful channel enablement programs at scale
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel dynamics, and partner business models.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, large corporate environment.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional teamwork, time management and results orientated approach

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $108,600 -- $195,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
